Job Title: US NON-IT Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced US NON-IT Team Lead with strong expertise in handling niche and leadership hiring requirements for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8+ recruiters.
• Handle US NON-IT requirements including:
• Sales
• VP of Sales
• Pre-Sales
• Practice Manager
• Leadership Hiring
• Other Niche NON-IT Roles
• Work closely with System Integrators and Direct Clients.
• Drive team performance, delivery, and client management.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in US NON-IT recruitment.
• Experience in leadership and niche hiring.
• Minimum experience in handling a team of 8+ recruiters.
• Good client handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with System Integrators and Direct Clients is mandatory.

Preferred:

• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
