The role requires deep engagement in the technical aspects of product development, supported by strong leadership and proven experience in software planning, execution, and delivery.\n\nThis position reports to the Software Engineering manager of Clinical informatics product and is part of the Digital Solutions R&D group located in Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.\n\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nDefine the product roadmap, in collaboration with business stakeholders and other product owners, with a strong initial focus on modernization, Reliability, Telemetry and Performance\nWrite clear and detailed user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria, lead backlog refinement (story grooming) sessions with Scrum teams, and own the product backlog to maximize value creation, ensuring it is well‑prioritized and sufficiently refined so that Scrum teams always have ready work to deliver.\nDrive root cause analysis for the issues identified on the field or from our own performance and aging test suites and lead the implementation of counter measures.\nProvide strong participation in Product Demo’s giving unambiguous feedback to aid effective decision making on course corrections\n\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nBachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field with 12+ years of overall industry experience.\nMinimum of 6+ years of demonstrated experience serving as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.\nProven expertise in defining and executing product roadmaps, with the ability to articulate and drive both short‑term and long‑term product strategy, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of delivering complex, high‑quality software products.\nStrong technical acumen and hands‑on experience with software development concepts, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed technical decision‑making.\nStrong Experience in delivering healthcare products, diagnostics platforms and Advanced experience in understanding software development processes for a regulated environment (FDA/ISO13485)\n\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nExperience using Software development lifecycle practices, frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g. ADO/JIRA/Confluence/etc.) and testing practices\nJoin our winning team today.
