3. Depth Knowledge on Pure Storage Replication and Disaster Recovery mechanisms.

Responsibility:
1. As a SAN/NAS Storage Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for complex customer issues until resolution for NetApp and HPE Admin Storage techonogies. The Storage Engineer applies best practices and problem-solving techniques to identify the source of problems; while simultaneously keeping the customer informed. Storage Engineer is expected to use initiative and advise the customer on potential issues they may experience, to better serve the stability and security of the customer's environment.
2. Assist with day-to-day operations of data protection/disaster recovery environments as needed;
3. Provide daily administration and resolution of advanced maintenance and performance issues on NetApp and HPE Admin storage devices, OnCommand, System Manager, SMVI & IBM Storage devices like XIV, V7000, Flash 9000, DCS etc
4. Provide support on installs, upgrades, Migrations, replications, advanced level guidance and technical expertise on storage configuration, best practices and troubleshooting of common block/file protocols, including iSCSl, NFS, ClFS, FCP
5. Provide advanced performance and system diagnostics; analyze results to ensure optimal operations;
6. Maintain platform and procedural documentation and work with various stakeholders to plan architecture, upgrades and capacity planning.
