Mandatory skills

- Seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Test Consultant to support testing activities across SIT, U
AT, and Payroll Parallel Testing phases for Workday Payroll implementations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Execute end to end Workday Payroll testing, including SIT, UAT, Regression, and Parallel Payroll Runs
- Perform gross to net, retro, off cycle, and statutory payroll testing
- Reconcile payroll results between Workday and legacy systems during parallel runs
- Identify, log, and retest defects.
- Validate payroll integrations, reports, bank files, and GL outputs
- Support business users during UAT and payroll sign off activities
- Required Skills
- Hands on experience in Workday Payroll Testing
- Strong experience in Payroll Parallel Testing and reconciliation
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools-

Desired skills

• Workday Payroll or HCM Certification – Preferred
