Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and support cybersecurity operations across multiple regions within the MIBS division.
- Administer and manage Tanium Console, including investigations, endpoint management, service support, and security monitoring.
- Conduct security reviews of Web Application Firewall (WAF) configurations (CloudProtector/Azure WAF) and ensure adherence to security best practices.
- Identify security gaps, prepare assessment reports, and track remediation activities to closure.
- Create and manage CloudProtector namespaces, user accounts, and related administrative activities.
- Review and validate local firewall configurations (Symantec Endpoint Protection) to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
- Analyze Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents and declassification reports, investigate findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and IT support teams to manage cybersecurity governance and operational activities.
- Support compliance assessments, audit readiness programs, and evidence collection for internal and external audits.
- Monitor security controls and ensure adherence to regulatory, organizational, and industry security requirements.
- Develop operational procedures, maintain SOPs, and ensure effective execution of L1 security support activities.
- Perform risk assessments and proactively identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities and control weaknesses.
- Prepare security reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive cybersecurity initiatives, governance programs, and remediation efforts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cybersecurity processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize scripting skills (Python, Linux Shell, or VBScript) for automation, information retrieval, command execution, and Tanium Sensor development (good to have).
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting agreed timelines and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with ESG principles, information security policies, and organizational governance standards.
