About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
Agile & Scrum Facilitation
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization.
- Configure and manage JIRA boards (Scrum/Kanban), workflows, sprints, epics, stories, and tasks.
- Create and maintain JIRA dashboards, filters, and reports (Burndown, Velocity, Cumulative Flow, Sprint Reports, etc.).
- Customize JIRA workflows, screens, fields, and permissions to align with team and project needs.
- Manage backlog grooming and prioritization in JIRA in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Generate insights and metrics from JIRA to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Foster strong team dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Support release planning and coordinate with multiple Scrum teams (Scrum of Scrums, if applicable).
- Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time).
- Identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
- Mentor team members on Agile maturity and JIRA best practices.
