Deputy Manager - BIW STA

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Own development, proving and readiness of fixtures for BIW and TCF parts
• Ensure fixture design supports dimensional accuracy, repeatability and throughput
• Support APQP, FTG and EPPAP readiness for fixture deployment
• Validate fixture capability to meet mature business volume rates
• Coordinate with suppliers, BIW engineering, manufacturing and quality teams
• Drive issue resolution during trials, FTG runs and rampup
• Ensure fixture readiness aligns with gate and SOP timelines
