Overview

  • Ensuring proper receive of RM / PM as per the PepsiCo standards.

  • Coordinating with quality department for timely clearance of RM/ PMs.

  • Ensure timely issuance of RM/ PM to Manufacturing as per Plan and as per PepsiCo standards.

  • Ensuring timely stock taking, reconciliation, audit & RM PM stock management to ensure zero/ minimal ( +- 0.5%) inventory mismatch.

  • Large span for managing RM PM inventory and warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure to receive RM /PM on time and per PepsiCo standard,

  • Ensure to proper stacking and accounting of received RM/PM,

  • Ensure proper documentation for incoming RM/PM and reporting,

  • Coordination with Quality function for further Quality clearance of RM/PM as per PepsiCo standards,

  • Ensure systematic tagging of quality cleared materials pre-issuance,

  • Coordination with LD&T and Manufacturing for adherence of the plan,

  • Ensure issuance of the required RM/PM as per FEFO,

  • Coordination with the Manufacturing Shift / Packaging in-charge for any returns,

  • Ensure proper documentation and accounting for the returned materials,

  • Ensure proper cleaning & racking for any return material,

  • Ensure proper documentation for online rejections material and return to supplier,

  • Ensure Weekly and Monthly stock reconciliation,

  • Follow-up for Secondary packaging materials with supplier,

  • Support in EHS role & responsibilities, create awareness at shop floor team for timely support and execution, GEHSMS standards and its compliances

  • Training of operatives on Basic trainings,

  • Ensure on-time reports and system documentation

  • Support and Drive TPM

Qualifications

  • B-Tech (Relevant Stream)

  • Desirable: MBA operation, PG Diploma in Material / Supply Chain/ logistics /Warehouse Management.

  • Desirable: handling of RM/PM warehouse experience

  • Minimum experience of 3-7 years of working in a similar industry at the supervisory level

  • Exposure to manufacturing systems and shop floor culture
