Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 5 years of experience.
- Able to read and interpret drawings and work instructions
- Strong grasp of tolerance stack-up and GD&T
- Understand Non-conformance (NC) and evaluate impact on fit, function, and performance
- Develop dispositions: use-as-is, rework, repair, scrap, or concession with appropriate engineering rationale
- Experience on Producibility improvement based on NCs study
- Propose practical, sustainable corrections and preventive actions in cooperation with manufacturing, quality, and design for repeating NCs
- Capture and communicate patterns from MRB history; help update design practices, specs, or standard work
- Familiarity with Design and Manufacturing of Electrical machines
- Proficiency with NX CAD tool for 3D modelling and 2D drawing creation
