Program Associate, Youth Program
Role Purpose:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> The Program Associate - Ujjain Zone is responsible for leading end\-to\-end implementation, stakeholder engagement, and institutional adoption of QUEST Alliance's Youth Program across Government ITIs in the Ujjain Zone, Madhya Pradesh. The role drives programme outcomes by strengthening government partnerships, trainer capacity, learner employability and future skills development, industry engagement, digital learning adoption through the MyQuest App, principal leadership, and institutional ownership. Working closely with zonal directorates, ITI leadership, trainers, district stakeholders, and ecosystem partners, the Program Associate ensures effective delivery of programme interventions, achievement of MoU commitments, high\-quality monitoring and reporting, and the sustainable integration of programme practices within the Government ITI ecosystem. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Lead end\-to\-end implementation of Youth Program interventions across assigned Government ITIs in the Ujjain Zone.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure achievement of programme targets, milestones, quality standards, and MoU commitments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate programme calendars, institute action plans, reviews, and follow\-ups.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Drive adoption and integration of programme interventions within ITI systems and processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Facilitate training programs for trainers, principals, and other institutional stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strengthen trainer capacity in employability skills, future skills, and learner\-centric pedagogies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support implementation of Principal Leadership and Change Project initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and implementation support to stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Build and maintain strong relationships with zonal directorates, district officials, principals, trainers, and ecosystem partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Serve as the primary liaison between QUEST Alliance and Government ITIs in the zone.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reviews, orientations, and collaborative engagements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support institutional ownership and long\-term sustainability of programme outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Drive initiatives related to meaningful career transitions, employability, and future readiness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support industry engagement activities, exposure opportunities, and ecosystem partnerships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Promote learner participation in programme activities, projects, and career development initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Enable pathways that improve learner aspirations, skills development, and transition outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Track programme progress, implementation quality, and stakeholder participation across ITIs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain accurate data, documentation, dashboards, and programme records.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Compile and submit periodic reports, success stories, and implementation updates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Generate insights from field data to support programme improvement and decision\-making.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure adherence to organisational policies, systems, processes, and reporting requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate field visits, events, assessments, and operational activities within the zone.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Manage programme documentation, communication, and administrative requirements effectively.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Contribute to continuous learning, team collaboration, and a culture of accountability and excellence.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Required Experiences & Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 0-2 years experience in teaching, mentoring, or education program delivery<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Proven experience working with government stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong skills in training delivery, communication, and report writing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Willingness to travel frequently within districts<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
