Lead the implementation, adoption, and scale\-up of Quest Alliance's school transformation initiatives across the state by enabling teacher\-led delivery, strengthening government partnerships, driving data\-informed decision\-making, and ensuring operational excellence. The role is accountable for achieving program outcomes, maintaining implementation quality, stewarding stakeholder relationships, and building a high\-performing team aligned with Quest Alliance's mission and values.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

1. Lead Program Delivery & Implementation Excellence<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

  • Drive end\-to\-end implementation of program activities, ensuring quality, timelines, and achievement of outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Develop and monitor implementation plans, delivery milestones, and operational reviews.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Ensure effective execution of teacher\-facing interventions, including future skills programs, Ideathon, and digital engagement initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Conduct regular field visits and implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    2. Enable Teacher Adoption & Capacity Building<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

    • Strengthen teacher and Master Trainer (MT) engagement to ensure successful program adoption and scale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Design and facilitate capacity\-building, mentoring, and support mechanisms for teachers, MTs, and team members.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Ensure high\-quality cascade implementation across schools and districts through ongoing coaching and handholding.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Promote recognition, motivation, and evidence\-based implementation practices among teachers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

      3. Build Government Partnerships & Drive Ecosystem Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

      • Develop and sustain strategic relationships with government education departments and key stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Serve as the primary liaison for district and state\-level engagement, advocacy, and coordination.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Represent Quest Alliance in education forums, collaborative platforms, and stakeholder meetings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Strengthen the organisation's visibility and influence by positioning Quest Alliance as a thought leader in future skills and school transformation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        4. Drive Monitoring, Learning & Data\-Informed Decision Making<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

        • Ensure robust monitoring systems, data quality, and adherence to program reporting frameworks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Analyse implementation data and insights to guide operational decisions and continuous improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Lead documentation of best practices, impact stories, and program learnings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Ensure timely and high\-quality donor, government, and internal reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          5. Ensure Operational & Financial Stewardship<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

          • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure operational effectiveness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenditure tracking, and financial compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Ensure donor commitments, project deliverables, and reporting obligations are met.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Strengthen coordination, review, and governance processes across program operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              Required Experiences & Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

              • 4\-5 years' experience in teaching, mentoring, or education program delivery<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Proven experience working with government stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Strong skills in training delivery, communication, and report writing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Willingness to travel frequently within districts<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>\n

              • Prior exposure to or interest in STEM mindset, computational thinking or critical thinking approaches in education would be beneficial<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
