  • 5+ years in program operations, PMO, workforce operations, or delivery support roles
  • Bachelors in any field
  • Hands-on experience with timesheet, leave, and capacity tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
  • Experience supporting technology, engineering, or innovation programs
  • Clear communication and effective stakeholder coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day coordination across teams and projects
Track and enforce weekly working hours and timesheet compliance
Track vacations, sick leave, holidays, and other planned/unplanned absences
Maintain a single source of truth for resource availability, utilization, and absences
Track actions, follow ups, and dependencies across workstreams
Proactively surface risks or delivery impact due to availability issues to the TPM
Support onboarding/offboarding and program logistics
Maintain program artefacts (trackers, dashboards, documentation)
Coordinate closely with Finance Ops to ensure time and leave tracking aligns with billing
Serve as the operational glue between participants, the TPM, and the Senior Technical SME
