  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Automation Consultant or Solutions Architect.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and reusable templates for email content development.
  • Experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs.
  • Strong understanding of data management and audience segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues related to journeys and integrations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset focused on optimizing marketing automation processes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform advancements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the configuration and implementation of Marketing Cloud Advanced components, such as Journey Builder and Email Studio.
  • Design automated communication journeys, including onboarding campaigns and stakeholder engagement workflows.
  • Configure audience segmentation and subscriber management processes for personalized email content.
  • Assist in integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware.
  • Perform data management tasks, ensuring data integrity and subscriber synchronization.
  • Support testing and monitoring of journeys and campaigns, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through workshops and meetings.
  • Provide end-user training and operational support, ensuring a smooth transition to marketing automation processes.
