The developer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform, ensuring secure and compliant healthcare systems. • 8+ years of extensive Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Health Cloud or the Healthcare domain.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (highly preferred) and Platform Developer II (preferred) credentials.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable, ensuring a strong understanding of the platform.
• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certification is a significant advantage, demonstrating expertise in healthcare solutions.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows, with the ability to build robust and scalable applications.
• Experience in API integrations and middleware, enabling seamless data exchange between systems.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills, ensuring efficient and reliable solutions.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices for data protection.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to delivering innovative, patient-centric solutions.

• Develop and customize Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Configure and manage care plans, patient profiles, and clinical data models to meet healthcare requirements.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to enhance the functionality and user experience.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, enabling data exchange and interoperability.
• Support data migration processes, ensuring data quality and security, and maintaining PHI/HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Participate in SIT and UAT support, providing timely resolutions to production issues and ensuring system stability.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
