ESaaS - SFDC - Lightning UI & JavaScript Development
Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builders. Configure Financial Services Cloud objects and implement case management functionality for both customer service and call center agents. Write unit tests to ensure 90%+ code coverage and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs identified during UAT and production rollout. Must have hands-on experience with FSC and Salesforce development best practices.

- Strong experience in:

- Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (must-have)
- Financial Services Cloud
- Knowledge of:
- Flow Builder, validations, automation tools

- REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware tools (basic exposure preferred)
- CI/CD tools (Copado / Gearset / Jenkins)

Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory for most roles)

1. Development & Customization
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Configure and customize Salesforce features across:
Sales Cloud (Lead management, Opportunities, Forecasting)
Service Cloud (Case management, Omni-channel, Service Console)
Financial Services Cloud (Householding, Financial Accounts, Client Profiles)
Develop automation using Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder (legacy)
2. Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Implementation
Customize FSC data model, including:
Households, Relationships, Financial Accounts
Implement industry-specific solutions for:
Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance use cases
Testing & Deployment
Perform unit testing and ensure code coverage (>90%)
Support UAT cycles and defect resolution
Manage deployments using CI/CD tools like Copado, Jenkins, or Gearset
Support compliance and regulatory requirements with proper data security models
