We're looking for a Midrange AS400 Engineer to:

o Install, configure, patch, and upgrade IBM i (AS400) operating systems and related software.

o Monitor and manage system performance, capacity, and availability.

o Perform backups, disaster recovery testing, and system restores.

o Support for incidents and service requests related to AS400 environments.

o Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and troubleshoot issues.

o Maintain job schedules, printers, subsystems, and user profiles.

o Analyze system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify bottlenecks.

o Fine-tune system resources and recommend hardware or software upgrades.

o Implement and maintain security policies, user access controls, and auditing mechanisms.

o Ensure system compliance with corporate and regulatory st
