Executive-GTS (A2/Engineer)

Roles & responsibilities
Plan, execute, and validate deployments across cloud (primarily Microsoft Azure) and onpremise environments, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime
Own endtoend release execution, including deployment package preparation, release coordination, postdeployment validation, and rollback readiness
Execute daytoday deployment operations with a strong focus on environment stability, performance, and customer experience across UAT and production
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Cloud Operations teams to plan releases, identify risks, and resolve deployment issues quickly
Design, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Git to enhance deployment speed, accuracy, and repeatability
Develop and maintain automation through PowerShell and/or Python scripting to reduce manual effort and deployment risk
Implement release engineering best practices such as blue/green deployments, canary releases, artifact and version management
Maintain environment parity between UAT and Production, managing approvals, change windows, and change management processes
Ensure deployments comply with security standards, access controls, patching, configuration management, and audit requirements
Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency in development, testing, and support activities

Troubleshoot and resolve deploymentrelated incidents and defects in real time, driving rapid recovery
Improve operational excellence by enhancing observability, reducing MTTR, and continuously strengthening SLAs and SLOs
Create, maintain, and continuously improve deployment documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Provide clear, timely stakeholder communication on deployment status, risks, and incidents

Roles & responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business reporting and analytics requirements.
Strong understanding of SQL with experience in querying, optimizing, and managing large datasets.
Develop and maintain data models, measures (DAX), and calculated columns to support accurate reporting.
Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources, including databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Perform code and report reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve performance, usability, and data accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve data, performance, and reportrelated issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
Collaborate with developers, leads, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Participate in technical discussions, data feasibility analysis, and solution design reviews.
Provide training and mentorship to junior developers on SQL best practices, Power BI development standards, and data modeling techniques; act as a technical escalation point during development.
Develop proofofconcepts (POCs) and demo reports for internal and client presentations.

Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and analytics platforms, preferably Power BI.
Flexible to work on existing Power BI solutions, including enhancements, optimizations, and production support.
Stay up to date with emerging BI tools, SQL features, and data analytics trends to ensure adoption of best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
