Roles & responsibilities
Manage and maintain production environments supporting Audit applications, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance
Establish, document, and continuously improve support and operational processes, ensuring offshore teams adhere strictly to defined procedures
Lead and manage Support and Operations teams responsible for applications such as KPMG Clara Workflow, KPMG Clara for Clients, and KPMG Quality & Compliance Evaluation
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, meeting defined SLAs and operational KPIs
Work closely with Application Support, Business Support, Platform Operations, Deployment, and Engineering teams to drive shared objectives
Act as the technical lead for infrastructure and platformrelated issues, providing expert guidance and handson problem resolution
Ensure production environments comply with all operational policies, security standards, and governance requirements
Oversee and validate postdeployment activities following weekly releases to ensure operational continuity and compliance
Coordinate with platform and infrastructure teams to maintain server health, apply patches, and remediate vulnerabilities
Utilize handson expertise in Microsoft Azure services to support and optimize cloudbased production systems

Leverage Azure Application Insights and monitoring tools to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve system issues
Use SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and operational investigations
Maintain strong working relationships with global platform operations, engineering, deployment, and application/business support teams
Provide regular status updates and operational insights to leadership in alignment with goals set by the Head of Audit Application Support and Operations
Foster team development through mentoring, performance management, and professional leadership
Participate in firmwide meetings, workshops, and external conferences to stay current with emerging trends and best practices in Support and Operations
