Summary:
Design Engineer with Automotive Chassis/Structures/Frame experience using CATIA
Responsibilities:
1. Apply engineering principles to develop layout for mobility systems.
2. Develop Layout in CATIA to accommodate part packaging while ensuring that those parts achieve performance targets.
3. Expertise in CATIA - Part Design, Generative shape design, Drafting & Assembly Design workbenches.
4. Search new ways to increase overall efficiency, utilize up-to-date technology, and reduce design and parts costs.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum BE/B-Tech in Engineering and 4-7 years Automotive Chassis/Structures/Frame experience.
2. Experience using 3-D modeling software tools (specifically CATIA V5 or CATIA V6).
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
