• Manage the full indent-to-payment cycle for all Commercial packaging materials
• Provide monthly delivery report to CFT's pertaining to Commercial packaging materials
• Handle indent-to-payment for primary packaging materials and ensure on-time site delivery.
• Address excise queries and manage excise documentation packaging purchases.
• Create or modify item codes as needed.
• To prepare and share Lead time/ MOQ files for PM components
• To have weekly meetings with respective plant team and SCE to track the deliveries and identify the bottleneck issues
• Preparation and submission of delivery report and to short close the open older POs/ Indents
• Regular vendor meetings and price / payment term discussions for Packaging materials
• To approve the destruction note for expired/ rejected materials.
• Supporting finance team for Audit queries, standard cost etc.

Education:

• Master Degree (MBA) MBA - Preferred

Experience:

• 0-5 years
