Pipeline Development & Order Booking

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue C&I solar EPC opportunities across the North India geography (Delhi NCR, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan)
  • Build and maintain a live pipeline of 3x-4x coverage against quarterly order targets
  • Own the full sales cycle: initial client engagement site assessment techno-commercial proposal negotiation PO closure
  • Target segments: industrial manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, pharmaceuticals, auto ancillaries, logistics parks, data centres, and commercial real estate
  • Identify and develop open access project opportunities where applicable - including OA feasibility, state policy navigation, and PPA structuring

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with energy heads, facility managers, CFOs, and procurement decision-makers at target accounts
  • Position VSL RE Power as the preferred EPC partner for repeat business and referrals
  • Manage client escalations during execution with support from the Projects team

Techno-Commercial Proposal Management

  • Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Commercial teams to prepare accurate, competitive proposals
  • Lead techno-commercial discussions and negotiate contract terms, payment schedules, performance guarantees, and LD structures
  • Ensure proposal quality, pricing discipline, and margin compliance on every deal

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and policy developments in the North India solar market
  • Maintain a clean, updated CRM pipeline with accurate deal stage, deal value, and next-action discipline
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly BD reviews to the CEO

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with NSM (Net-metering/Statutory clearance) and execution teams for pre-order site feasibility
  • Support smooth PO-to-execution handover with complete commercial and client context
  • Flag concentration risks, deal dependency, or client-side delays proactively
