- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Marketing Bench Consultant (H1B,GC,OPT,US Citizen).
- Well experienced in handling the full cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment i.e. from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, clients etc., to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at best deals.
- Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, thereby identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
- Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
- Working directly with end clients requirements like Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners.
- Develop & maintain new prime vendor contacts, build network relations across the US IT industry
- Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, career builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Diva, Email groups etc and also other networking methods.
- Knowledge of ATS and VMS portals are preferred.
- Must possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
