Job Purpose: Lead - MIS Documentation & Reporting is responsible for overseeing the complete management of documentation processes, reporting frameworks, and ensuring the accuracy of data across multiple shifts. This role will manage a team to ensure efficient and timely documentation, vessel monitoring, and reporting activities while driving continuous improvements in processes and systems for enhanced operational effectiveness.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferable - PGDM / MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
Work Experience:
10-15 years relevant experience

Monitor Vessel ETA's, Gate cut-offs & Gate movement |

Ensure Vessel discrepancies and closures is done timely and accurately |

Verification of Special Service Request |

Facilitating for faster evacuation of Import Containers |

Closely interacting the management and other stake holders |

Impart regular training to Documentation and Gate Staff |

Ensure IAL, EAL for each vessel being cleared after resolving the discrepancies |

Ensure SSR (Special Service Request) are recorded and invoiced |

Ensure the SOP of Import containers through CFSs and DPD are being complied |

Co-ordinate and facilitate faster evacuation of import containers |

Verify documents received and collected are as per SOP's |

Ensure closure of all query / concerns timely |

Carry out testing for TOS upgradation / modification |

Ensure timely movement of Scanning Containers after coordinating with Customs |

Ensure TDR/ TPR and vessel completion of each vessel be done in the adequate timings |
