Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive - China Sourcing & Export to support our international procurement and trade operations. The ideal candidate will have exposure to China sourcing, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and import-export documentation while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Chinese suppliers and international vendors for sourcing requirements.
• Assist in the RFQ process, price comparisons, negotiations, and vendor follow-ups.
• Handle import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading (BL), and related documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners for shipment clearance.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, vendor details, and shipment documentation.
• Support quality compliance requirements and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers for dispatch schedules and delivery commitments.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of import-export processes and documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate level).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in electronics, home appliances, or manufacturing industries.
• Exposure to China sourcing and international vendor management.
• Basic understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
