Job Summary - We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging video content for digital and offline platforms. The role involves editing, assembling, and enhancing video footage for marketing, educational, and branding purposes, particularly in a professional or healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce videos for social media, websites, YouTube, ads, webinars, and internal communications
Create short-form videos such as reels, shorts, and performance ads
Edit doctor interviews, patient testimonials, event videos, and educational content
Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and basic animations where required
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and tone
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand briefs and objectives
Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios
Manage multiple projects and adhere to timelines
Maintain organized video files and archives
-Edit and optimize UGC-style videos for Meta, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing campaigns
-Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield AI, Runway, Descript, Synthesia, Veo, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, and other AI-powered content creation platforms
-Experience creating AI avatar videos, AI voiceovers, AI-generated B-roll, and AI-enhanced marketing creatives.
- Experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing short-form videos, social media content, UGC-style edits, performance marketing creatives, and any AI-assisted video projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Video Editing, Media, or a related field
3-6 years of relevant video editing experience
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics
Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions
Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics Good to Have
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or service-based industries
Basic color correction and sound editing skills
Experience editing YouTube content and performance marketing videos
Familiarity with subtitles, captions, and accessibility standards Soft Skills
Clear communication and understanding of briefs
Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently
Strong time management and ownership mindset
