Job Description:\nWe are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 7+ years of proven e xperience in marketing and placing IT consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients, along with expertise in sourcing requirements, rate negotiation, consultant marketing, and end-to-end placement activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nMarket bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.\nIdentify suitable requirements and submit consultants promptly.\nNegotiate rates and coordinate interviews and placements.\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.\nTrack submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.\nEnsure timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment cycle.\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum 7 years of Bench Sales recruiting experience in the US IT staffing industry.\nStrong network of vendors and implementation partners.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.\nExperience working with various visa types and US staffing processes.\nAbility to work independently and meet placement targets.\n\nReach us at :
