Candidates with prior exposure to the solar industry will be given preference.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects\nManage site teams, contractors, and vendors\nEnsure quality, safety, and timely project delivery\nCoordinate procurement, logistics, and on-site activities\nProvide basic technical oversight and resolve site issues\nSupport client coordination and project reporting\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering\n5+ years of experience in project execution (solar preferred)\nStrong team management and site coordination skills\nPractical understanding of installations, timelines, and problem-solving on-site\nPreferred:\nPrior experience in solar EPC projects\nAbility to design Single Line Diagrams (SLD), with a good understanding of electrical systems, procurement processes, and technical drawings.\nCandidates with accountability and field knowledge\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nWork Location: Ernakulam/ Trivandrum
