Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth by generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting our cloud and IT service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting activities.
- Schedule product demonstrations and engage with key decision-makers.
- Understand customer challenges and effectively position Infocloud's SaaS and cloud solutions.
- Manage and nurture sales opportunities through the CRM pipeline.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and build strong prospect relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 0.6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Prior experience in SaaS, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, or Technology Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and opportunity management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
