Job Title : Associate Senior Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Third-Party Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet business and compliance requirements.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and improve risk management processes.
  
• Create and maintain risk dashboards, KPI/KRI reports, and executive-level analytics.
  
• Perform integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications and data sources.
  
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system performance improvements.
  
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for ServiceNow risk management modules.
  
• Ensure service availability, system reliability, and adherence to governance and compliance standards.
  
• Participate in automation initiatives and process optimization projects.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, workflows, and best-practice guidelines.

Requisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  
• Hands-on expertise in GRC, IRM, and Third-Party Risk Management modules.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
  
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance processes.
  
• Experience in dashboard creation, reporting, and analytics.
  
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
  
• Understanding of platform upgrades, release management, and system maintenance.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
