- 8-10 years of Full Stack Development experience building scalable SaaS, platform, or developer-facing products, with ownership of end-to-end feature delivery from architecture and design through deployment and production support.
- Strong experience with AI Agent Platforms / Agent Builder / Agent OS solutions, including designing and developing user-facing workflows for agent creation, configuration, testing, deployment, execution monitoring, runtime management, and integration with AI/ML services.
- Expertise in Frontend Development using React.js/Next.js and TypeScript, with hands-on experience building responsive, high-performance applications, reusable component architectures, modern state management solutions, and complex interactive interfaces such as workflow builders, dashboards, monitoring consoles, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong Backend Engineering skills using Node.js and/or Python, including design and development of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, backend services, data models, API contracts, authentication integrations, third-party connectors, and scalable application architectures.
- Experience building real-time and event-driven applications using WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), streaming technologies, live execution logs, run traces, agent output streaming, and frontend-backend synchronization for real-time user experiences.
- Strong cloud and platform engineering expertise including SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), Docker containers, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, Git-based workflows, automated testing, code reviews, performance optimization, security best practices, and production-grade software delivery.
- Experience with visual workflow or node-based editor frameworks such as React Flow.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI orchestration frameworks, and streaming AI responses into web applications.
- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures, design systems, and enterprise-scale platform products.
