Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer specializing in Security Operations (SecOps), particularly Vulnerability Response (VR). The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing vulnerability management workflows, integrating security tools, and ensuring effective remediation tracking within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions.
  • Configure and customize SecOps modules including Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response (SIR).
  • Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).
  • Automate ingestion, prioritization, and assignment of vulnerabilities.
  • Design remediation workflows and coordinate with IT and security teams.
  • Ensure proper mapping of vulnerabilities to CMDB and CI relationships.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for vulnerability tracking and risk visibility.
  • Implement orchestration and automation for vulnerability remediation.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure platform stability.
  • Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, and application teams for remediation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response).
  • Experience with Security Incident Response (SIR) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scanners (Qualys / Tenable / Rapid7 / etc.).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Strong understanding of CMDB and CI relationships.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Good understanding of security concepts, risk management, and vulnerability lifecycle.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
