Job Description:
1. Implementation experience in HCM and Employee Central and HCM certified.
2. Should have UK PY skills who can work independently as individual
contributor with the customer
3. Minimum 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
4. Support experience which involves few custom developments
5. Experience of setting up HR Mini Master Data.
6. Good knowledge of HR processes across different modules.
7. Overall understanding of core HR processes, Organization Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Trainings & Event Management.
8. Should be aware about Master and Transaction data deletion concepts.
Good-to-Have 1. Good understanding of HCM processes in global organization
2. Understand and evaluate business requirements
3. Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.
4. Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the
customer within the agreed SLA
5. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when
needed
6. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,
performance, availability, and system uptimes
7. Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status
updates
8. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)
and adhere to customer's quality policy and procedures.
9. Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly
Status Meetings
10. Provide service improvement suggestions
