Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 6–8 years of experience in managing end-to-end IT projects. The candidate should have strong stakeholder management, delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, and client communication skills. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks/issues and drive mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular status reviews, governance calls, and project reporting.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process adherence.
• Monitor project financials, effort tracking, and budget utilization.
• Support presales activities, estimations, and project planning when required.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Project Management and Delivery Governance.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in project planning tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Experience in managing cloud, application support, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects is an added advantage.
