Job Description:
InTune Deliverables
• Own Intune administration end to end (tenant setup validation, baseline configuration, ongoing operations).
• Manage device enrollment & onboarding for supported platforms (Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android, macOS as applicable).
• Define and maintain device configuration policies (security baselines, device restrictions, profiles, settings catalog).
• Manage application deployment (required/available apps, app assignments, updates, Win32 packaging where needed).
• Manage compliance policies and ensure devices meet Gates security requirements (compliance rules, remediation actions).
• Coordinate Conditional Access enforcement with Entra ID/Security teams (device compliance-based access controls).
• Manage endpoint security policies within Intune (AV/Defender settings, firewall, BitLocker, attack surface reduction as applicable).
• Manage patch/update policies (Windows Update rings / feature updates / quality updates; reporting on compliance).
• Monitor device health and compliance dashboards and drive remediation (non-compliance, enrollment failures, policy conflicts).
• Handle Intune incidents and service requests (troubleshooting enrollment, app install issues, compliance blocks, device access issues).
• Manage device lifecycle operations (retire/wipe, reset, lost/stolen handling, replacements, offboarding).
• Maintain role-based access and governance (RBAC roles, admin access control, audit reviews).
• Deliver reporting and operational metrics (enrollment success, compliance %, patch compliance, top issues, trends).
• Create and maintain Intune runbooks/knowledge articles for Service Desk and NOC (L1/L2 procedures, troubleshooting steps).
• Enable automation where feasible (standard workflows/scripts/Graph-based automation for repetitive admin tasks).
