• 6–10 years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, and JVM internals
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience in building scalable microservices architecture
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development
• Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle/MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills
• Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments
