1 End to End Implementation Project Mandatory
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central modules for global HR processes.
• Work with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions.
• Perform end-to-end configuration for EC components such as Foundation Objects, Position Management, Workflows, MDF, Background Element, Business Rules, Data Models, Event Reason Derivations, Global Assignments, RBP, Time Off, etc.
• Support integration design between Employee Central and downstream HR/Payroll systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Payroll, third-party systems).
• Conduct UT (Unit Testing), SIT, UAT, data validation, and production migration activities.
• Perform EC quarterly release analysis, impact assessment, and configuration updates.
• Drive data migration activities including templates, transformation, and load validations.
• Prepare detailed functional specification documents, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
• Work closely with cross-module teams (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, MDF Objects, Time) for aligned solution delivery.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for EC and integrations.

• Experience with SuccessFactors Integration and related SAP modules.
