Role Overview
We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to support
Agile delivery initiatives for Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Equipment & Swaraj Division. The
ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive team performance, and ensure successful
delivery of projects, preferably with exposure to Kinaxis Rapid Response or supply chain
planning environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agile & Scrum Facilitation
• Act as a Scrum Master for 1–2 Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies:
o Sprint Planning
o Daily Stand-ups
o Sprint Reviews
o Retrospectives
• Remove impediments and proactively escalate risks
2. Delivery & Execution Management
• Drive sprint execution, backlog refinement, and release planning
• Ensure timely delivery with focus on quality, velocity, and predictability
• Track and report KPIs such as Sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time
3. Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Teams, and IT stakeholders
• Provide transparent status reporting to leadership teams
• Align business priorities with development execution
4. Agile Coaching & Process Improvement
• Coach team members on Agile best practices
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote self-organizing and high-performing teams
5. Tools & Governance
• Manage Agile tools such as:
o Jira / Azure DevOps
o Confluence
• Ensure proper tracking of:
