About The Job:

- Professional Summary- Workday Integration Support Engineer
- Having 5+ years of relavant experience in Workday Integration Support with expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
- Experienced in handling production support activities, incident management, ServiceNow ticket handling, integration monitoring, error analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Worked extensively on Workday integrations for the Rockwell Automation client.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Workday integrations in production environments.
- Monitor daily integration runs and identify failures proactively.
- Analyze integration errors and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Support inbound and outbound integrations including:
- PECI, Core Connectors, EIB, Studio integrations, API/Web Service integrations
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Validate integration data and ensure successful file delivery to downstream systems.
- Perform integration reruns and retransmissions when required.
- Support file transfer protocols like SFTP and encryption methods such as PGP.
- Monitor middleware and scheduled jobs for failures and delays.
- Participate in deployment validations and post-production support activities.
- Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and support documentation.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely ticket closure.
- Support production releases and weekend deployment activities.
