Qualification:
- B.Sc(C.S) / BCA 2025 passed out.
- B.Sc(C.S) / BCA 2025 passed out with minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience is mandatory(Internships will not be counted as experience)
- Added advantage not mandatory(Band 4 & Band 5)
- Experience of working on any monitoring and ticketing tool.
- Exposure to any ETL tool or supporting any database would help
- Well versed with hardware and application monitoring
- Can speak, read, write in English and Hindi
- Work Location - Client Location at Navi Mumbai
- Support window - 24 * 7 (need to work in one of the 9 hours shift including night shift).
