This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact projects that align with industry best practices. --- *Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to design effective Zoho-based solutions. - Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and related modules (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Flow) to meet client-specific needs. - Develop and implement automated workflows, business rules, and custom fields using Zoho's native tools. - Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and maximize platform utilization. - Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to deliver projects on time and within scope. - Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, processes, and system architecture. - Stay current with Zoho product updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements. Requirements - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho People and Zoho One implementation and configuration. - Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books - Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow automation. - Experience with API integrations and data migration between Zoho and external platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana). - Certification in Zoho CRM or Zoho One (a plus). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
