Manager - Branch Sales - Freight Forwarding
Key responsibilities
Responsible for achievement of allocated budget
Map the market and maintain a market intelligence of customers in the region.
Maintain book of business as agreed
Work on Integrated Solutions for Customers
Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers
Ensure 100% CRM adoption and maintain pipeline as per budget
Add new customers as agreed.
Focus on DSO and collections
Carryout MBR/QBRs for critical customers
Develop strong understanding of the business of Critical customers to aid customer retention.
Ensure effective communication with Pricing and Operations teams on any opportunities, challenges, and alternative options for improved pricing strategies.
Network with internal Business units on information sharing and identifying fresh opportunities for the division.
