About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Assistant Vice President - Operations to lead and manage large-scale campaign execution, operational planning, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BTL marketing, brand activations, experiential marketing, events, OOH media, or integrated marketing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational execution of marketing campaigns and brand activation projects.
• Manage large-scale multi-city campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Build and manage strong vendor and partner networks across multiple regions.
• Drive operational planning, resource allocation, process optimization, and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, operational performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and operational best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Travel across India as required for project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Operations, preferably within BTL Marketing, Brand Activations, Experiential Marketing, Events, OOH Media, or Integrated Marketing.
• Proven experience in campaign execution, project management, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership experience with team handling and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects and large-scale campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.

Preferred Background

Candidates from media agencies, activation agencies, event management companies, experiential marketing firms, advertising agencies, or integrated marketing organizations will be preferred.
