We at Indovance Pvt Ltd are hiring a Senior SDR \/ Business Development Executive \/ Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B outbound sales.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

This role focuses on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and pipeline generation for international (US) clients in engineering services (Civil, Architecture, MEP, Mechanical domains)<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Generate and manage qualified sales pipeline
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify and target key accounts (US market)
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Connect with decision\-makers (VPs, Directors, Owners)
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery\/demo meetings
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Execute multi\-channel campaigns (call + email + social)
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain data in CRM (Salesforce \/ HubSpot \/ Zoho)
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Track activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline contribution
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    • 8-12 qualified meetings\/month
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • 50-70 outreach activities\/day (calls + emails + LinkedIn)
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong conversion ratios (lead meeting opportunity)
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

      • Experience in SDR \/ BDR \/ Inside Sales (Outbound)

      • Strong expertise in cold calling & email outreach

      • Experience in B2B lead generation \/ prospecting
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Exposure to US \/ international sales
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication & objection handling
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

        • Night shift \- 6.30pm to 3.30am
