Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Admin with working knowledge in the Enterprise Architect module, and experience around TPM and TRM. This role will be responsible for defining and operationalizing the EA module, which has been targeted by the client to drive Application Rationalization, Technical Debt, and Application Life Cycle Management. The candidate must have experience with modifying ServiceNow workspaces for enhanced reporting and understanding the relationships between Business Applications, Services, and the CMDB. Functional skills and processes within the EA module are required: TPM and TRM configuration, assessments, data certifications, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and governance of Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) within ServiceNow
• Maintain and evolve the Technology Reference Model (TRM), ensuring proper classification and standardization of technologies
• Manage application services and their relationships to:
  • Business Applications
  • Infrastructure CIs
• Define and govern technology lifecycle timelines, including:
• Ensure alignment of application services with approved technology standards and lifecycle states
• Identify and manage technology risks, including end-of-support and non-compliant technologies
• Partner with application owners, infrastructure teams, and enterprise architects to drive modernization and rationalization initiatives
• Provide oversight for CMDB and CSDM alignment related to application services and underlying technologies
• Modify the EA Workspace, develop dashboards and reporting for:
  • Lifecycle risk exposure
  • Technology health and compliance
  • Standardization and rationalization progress
• Ensure high data quality and integrity across ServiceNow architecture and portfolio data

Required Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years
• ServiceNow administrative experience
• Proven expertise in:
  • Technology Portfolio Management (TPM)
  • Technology Reference Model (TRM)
  • Technology lifecycle governance
  • Workspace Configuration
• Strong understanding of how application services are composed of software and hardware components
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as:
  • Enterprise Architecture / APM
  • CMDB and CSDM
  • ITOM / Discovery (preferred)
• Experience managing lifecycle timelines for:
  • Software products
  • Hardware models
  • Infrastructure technologies
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, cloud ecosystems)
