The resource should be capable of handling support operations, enhancements, stakeholder coordination, and platform improvements in a client-facing environment. Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM professional to lead the support and enhancement of the client's Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. The resource should be capable of handling support operations, enhancements, stakeholder coordination, and platform improvements in a client-facing environment. Based on common ServiceNow ITAM support and architect expectations, this type of role typically combines ITAM process knowledge with hands-on platform skills such as workflow automation, form/catalog configuration, reporting, and integration support.Key responsibilities:
- Lead support activities for ServiceNow ITAM modules, primarily HAM and SAM.
- Hands-on with asset lifecycle management and reconciliation.
- Good Understanding of IT assets, contracts and licensing model.
- Monitor data quality across asset records, related CMDB data, and process transactions.
- Handle incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements within agreed timelines.
- Work on catalog item creation, record producers, and request workflow configuration for ITAM-related processes.
- Design and maintain forms, UI policies, client scripts, Business Rule and related configurations based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, approvals, notifications, and automation for asset management use cases.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, technical teams, procurement teams, and support teams for issue resolution and requirement clarification.
- Support integrations, imports, and data updates related to ITAM processes.
- Participate in release activities, testing, deployment validation, and production support.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and client standards.
- Guide junior team members and act as the functional and technical escalation point for ITAM support.
