Create and maintain a workplace environment that maximize efficiency and productivity for employees
Implement best practices in facilities management to optimize space utilization and work flow
Foster a positive workplace experience that supports employee wellbeing and engagement
Ensure that the workplace adhere to all health ,safety and environment regulations
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Oversee the facilities security systems , including surveillance cameras ,access control, and alarm systems
Oversee the maintenance and up keep of all facility systems ( HVAC,Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry ,Civil and Interiors )
Co-Ordinate routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
Ensure facilities are clean , Safe, and operational at all times
Manage and track facility related work orders and maintenance requests
Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements
Evaluate vendor performance and handle issue resolution
Develop and manage the facility maintenance budget
Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings improvements
Ensure efficient use of resources and compliance and eco-friendly initiatives
Communicate facility related updates, issues and improvement to management and other stake holders
Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance ,maintenance issues and budget tracking
