Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total experience: 2.5+ years
Exposure to Siemens WinCC OA, SCADA, and Industrial Automation systems
Basic experience with PLC Programming and System Integration
Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profinet)
Basic scripting capability and programming knowledge (Python, C++, JavaScript, or similar)
Understanding of Industrial Networking and OT environments
Experience supporting testing, commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting activities
Preferred domain experience in Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage
Strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in developing and configuring WinCC OA-based automation and SCADA solutions
Support integration of SCADA systems with PLCs, field devices, and industrial networks
Participate in system testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities
Troubleshoot automation, PLC, SCADA, and communication-related issues with guidance from senior engineers
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including configurations, logs, and test records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery
Follow engineering standards, quality processes, and best practices
Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
