FULFILMENT_MIS

• 8 to 10 yrs experience
• Minimum 6 to 8 yrs experience as leader working in Workforce management /Resource management function
• Lead the RMG function for one or two Service lines/Vertical Business units with focus on fulfillment ideally MFG , Retail and Life sciences verticals.
• Understanding of complete RMG function
• Experience in driving key KPI's for the business function
• AI understanding and leverage the same within the business function .
• Go getter to work with various stake holders across business units and support functions.
• Good in communication skills.
• Able to track and report all metrics
• Preferably Hyderabad based
