Prior experience on Risk & compliance business process, KYC/KYS, Customer due diligence and Credit Risk check
9 years of experience in .NET Framework, C#, MVC, JavaScript and API
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, performance tuning, and database design.
Hands-on experience with SOAP-based API development and integration.
Working knowledge of visual rule engines or business rule management systems (BRMS).
Experience with Metastorm or other BPM platforms for workflow automation.
Solid understanding of credit risk, compliance, and risk management concepts.
Experience with GitLab, version control, and CI/CD automation.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead team, Support, design, develop, and enhance applications using .NET Framework, MVC, and JavaScript.
Build and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and queries in SQL Server for performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain SOAP-based APIs for integration and data exchange between systems.
Support and enhance business workflows developed using Metastorm or similar BPM tools.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions within the credit risk domain.
Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for automated builds and deployments.
Follow secure coding practices, internal control guidelines, and documentation standards
