Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Delivery
    Manage end-to-end recruitment across South and East India for technical, operational,
    commercial, and support functions.
    Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across the TIC industry and
    adjacent sectors.
    Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.
    Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
    Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
  2. Stakeholder Management
    Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce
    requirements and hiring priorities.
    Conduct intake discussions and provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and
    hiring recommendations.
    Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders throughout the hiring process.
  3. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
    Prepare and publish recruitment dashboards and reports covering hiring metrics, pipeline
    status, TAT, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, and hiring trends.
    Track and analyze recruitment KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
    Maintain recruitment data integrity within ATS and reporting systems.
  4. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
    Support and execute diversity hiring initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
    Partner with HR and business stakeholders to improve representation across talent pipelines.
    Track and report DEI hiring metrics and outcomes.
  5. Team Leadership
    Lead, coach, and develop one TA team member to ensure delivery excellence and capability
    building.
    Drive accountability, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the recruitment team.
  6. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
    Support employer branding initiatives across campuses, social media, industry forums, and
    networking events.
    Enhance candidate engagement and employer value proposition within the regional talent
    market.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Working proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Kannada,
    Telugu, or Malayalam) is strongly preferred to support regional stakeholder and
    candidate engagement.

Experience:

  • 8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 2-3 years in a lead or
    team management role.
  • Experience hiring for engineering, laboratory, operations, or industrial sectors
    preferred OR Non IT hiring experience
  • Prior experience within TIC, Engineering Services, Manufacturing, Industrial
    Services, Chemicals, Life Sciences, or related industries will be advantageous.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and managing multiple business
    priorities.
